Recently I had the pleasure of conducting a beautiful ceremony at Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s breathtaking House for an Art Lover in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow.
From the moment I stepped inside the Music Room, with its amazing ethereal light and soft muted shades of mauve and ivory, I was instantly relaxed. I was in an oasis of calm and tranquillity.
Craig and his staff were amazing and nothing was too much for them as they went about creating an extremely welcoming and comfortable environment for the Bridal party and their guests.
As the late summer sun streamed in through the beautiful curvilinear French windows of the music room, the beautiful bride entered to the music of the harp as her groom looked on proudly.
The ceremony was highly personal and unique to their personalities and it was a delight to conduct.
I also had the honour of being asked to stay for the full reception, which by any standards was impeccable. The delicious food, the professional table service and the management of the whole event was truly fabulous.
