Russell Smith provides luxury private dining and tailor-made events all over Scotland. Based in Edinburgh, we design your menu from scratch exactly the way you want it; this could be a whole weekends catering, a single lunch buffet, or an exclusive 7 course tasting menu with paired wines, cocktails, and waiting staff. No event is too big or small, so please get in touch if you have any questions.

All crockery, cutlery and equipment is included, so almost any venue is possible. We can write a completely bespoke menu to your tastes, or supply some tried and tested favourites, accommodating all dietary requirements.

You are then free to enjoy completely stress free fine dining restaurant food in the comfort of your own venue.
