Paula lives in the beautiful Highland village of Arisaig on the northwest coast near Mallaig and qualified in 2018 as a Marriage Officer with Fuze Ceremonies.

After conducting a number of wilderness elopements, Paula was so hooked on delivering intimate ceremonies for two in the wilds of the western Highlands that she and Trevor Wilson from Silver Photography decided to start Bog Cotton Scottish Elopements, a company specialising in bespoke adventure elopements throughout the Highlands and Islands.

Paula graduated with first class honours in English Literature and Journalism and she loves the creative element of writing and delivering wedding scripts. She firmly believes that no matter what your journey as a couple, it is a one of a kind love story and she is eager to tell the tale.

Paula is happy to travel locally and welcomes the opportunity to meet couples looking to embrace all that the western Highlands has to offer as a location, both indoor and outdoors, for personality-packed weddings with a twist!
