Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You may cancel at any time, after 14 days, by giving written notice, cancellations less than 12 weeks prior to the ceremony results in a 50% payment of the ceremony becoming due. If the ceremony has been postponed to a later date the 12-week cancellation policy will apply from the original ceremony date. All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable as per the T&C’s accepted at the time of booking.

If you need to postpone your ceremony, Fuze will honour the new date and, where possible, with your chosen Celebrant (however this is not guaranteed)
