The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Fuze Ceremonies, Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP or admin@fuzeceremonies.co.uk) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You may cancel at any time after 14 days by giving written notice. Cancellations less than 12 weeks prior to the ceremony will result in a 50% payment of the remaining balance becoming due.

All booking fees paid are non-refundable unless the ceremony is cancelled within 14 days of booking.
