description

Kerry regards the ability to conduct Humanist Ceremonies as a great privilege, enabling people to celebrate significant and meaningful events in their lives anywhere and in any way that they choose. Being a Humanist Celebrant affords her the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, hearing their stories and then crafting beautiful ceremonies that are bespoke, personal and meaningful to them. Offering Humanist ceremonies enables Kerry to share and celebrate the most important events in people’s lives by making them completely personal and reflecting all aspects of their lives.

As a retired principal teacher of learning support, Kerry has always had a passion for supporting people through life’s challenges, whilst also celebrating every success along the way, inspiring others to embrace new opportunities and live life to the full.

Prior to her teaching career she was a wedding musician playing as part of a duo offering a personalised repertoire at both ceremonies and champagne receptions. Kerry thrives on building positive relationships with people and this is what led her to become a Humanist Celebrant, as she believes in the key principles of diversity, inclusion and equality for all.

Kerry has been happily married for 30 years and has two grown up children that she is very proud of.
