"I love connecting with people, learning their stories, and crafting ceremonies that are deeply personal and meaningful to them. It’s a true privilege to be part of such significant moments, and I’m honoured to create Humanist ceremonies that reflect the unique journey of each individual."
Morag is based near Helensburgh and covers the surrounding area.
Weddings, Vow Renewals, Baby Naming & Funeral Ceremonies.
As a Director at Fuze, Morag oversees the day-to-day operations, while still regularly conducting ceremonies in and around the Helensburgh area. Something she remains deeply passionate about.
Morag’s journey into Humanism began with a desire to embrace a positive, rational philosophy for life. Inspired after attending several Humanist ceremonies, she was captivated by how these events celebrated life’s milestones in a personal, authentic, and meaningful way. The sense of shared human values and the deeply personal touch of these ceremonies left a lasting impression.
A natural people-person, Morag loves meeting new individuals and takes great satisfaction in supporting others through some of life’s most important moments. In 2012, she combined her interpersonal skills with her passion for Humanism by joining Anne at Fuze, embarking on a fulfilling new chapter.
In 2023, Morag became Chair of The Fuze Foundation, a role she feels incredibly privileged to hold. She is passionate about the Foundation’s work in supporting individuals and communities, and in ensuring that compassion, equality, and meaningful support remain at the heart of everything Fuze does.
Through her work with Fuze and the Foundation, Morag has helped shape an organisation that not only delivers meaningful ceremonies, but also gives back to the community, contributing to over £120,000 in charitable impact to date.
