At The Fuze Foundation and Fuze Ceremonies, equality isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we actively support through the partnerships we build and the causes we champion.
Every ceremony we deliver contributes to something bigger. Through our work, we support organisations that stand alongside people during some of the most challenging times in their lives, ensuring they are treated with dignity, compassion, and fairness.
Our partnerships with Alzheimer Scotland and Beatson Cancer Charity are a reflection of that commitment. They represent more than fundraising. They represent a shared belief that everyone deserves care, respect, and support, regardless of their circumstances.
Why Equality Matters in This Context
Equality doesn’t always mean treating everyone the same. It means recognising that different people face different challenges, and making sure the right support is there when it’s needed most.
Illness, grief, and loss can impact anyone. But access to support, understanding, and care is not always equal.
That’s where charities like Alzheimer Scotland and Beatson Cancer Charity make such a difference. They don’t just provide services, they advocate, educate, and stand up for individuals and families who need a voice.
By supporting them, we’re helping to level that playing field.
Our Charity Partners in Action
Alzheimer Scotland
Alzheimer Scotland works tirelessly to support individuals living with dementia and the families around them.
Their work goes far beyond care. It’s about inclusion, understanding, and ensuring that those affected by dementia are not isolated or overlooked.
From community cafés to one-to-one support and national advocacy, they are helping create a more inclusive and compassionate society.
Beatson Cancer Charity
Beatson Cancer Charity provides practical, emotional, and financial support to people facing cancer.
At a time when life can feel overwhelming, they ensure no one has to face it alone.
Their work empowers individuals, supports families, and brings a sense of humanity and care into what can often feel like a clinical and uncertain journey.
Beyond Partnerships – The Power of Our Team

One of the things we’re most proud of is that support for these causes doesn’t stop at organisational level.
Our team of Humanist Celebrants, regularly go above and beyond. Taking on personal fundraising challenges, volunteering their time, and supporting causes that matter to them.
From running events and taking on physical challenges, to giving time within local communities, these individual efforts strengthen the collective impact of the Fuze Foundation.
It’s a reminder that equality and compassion aren’t just policies. They’re lived values.
Why This Matters to Us

In our line of work, we meet people at some of the most significant and emotional moments in their lives.
We see first-hand the importance of being treated with kindness, respect, and dignity.
Supporting charities that reflect those same values isn’t an add-on! It’s a responsibility.
It’s about making sure that the care people receive, whether through a ceremony or through support services, is rooted in equality and compassion.
Looking Ahead
As we continue our partnerships with Alzheimer Scotland and Beatson Cancer Charity, we’re committed to doing more—raising awareness, increasing our fundraising efforts, and encouraging others to get involved.
Because real change happens when people come together.
Together, we are the Fuze Foundation.
