Sam is based, not in Neverland, but in the heart of lovely Scotland and believes entirely in the magic that happens on a wedding day. For her, something extraordinary happens as two people, so completely in love, join together in marriage to start a new adventure together, and write a brand-new chapter, in their story book of life. She also encourages everyone to stay in their blissful ‘just married’ bubble for as long as they possibly can!

As a recent bride herself, she understands the excitement (and the stresses) of planning a wedding, and very much strives to ensure that your ceremony – from initial concept to final design – is exactly how you want it to be: unique, bespoke, and personal to you and, of course, stress free. Getting to know you as a couple is important to her, to help create a ceremony that’s authentically you and she will guide you at every stage. She is here to more than just marry you. She’s here to support your journey to your wedding day and makes connections with her couples to ensure she does just that (and also get ridiculously excited
alongside you!).

When she isn’t absorbed in her ceremonies, you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter, family, and friends, and of course her array of much-loved animals. She is always on adventures of her own, exploring different places throughout the world and trying to live her best life! She also loves keeping fit, Greys Anatomy and is rather partial to a cheesy romcom (and maybe Strictly, I’m a Celeb and the Apprentice – but these are just rumours at this stage!)

For many years Sam has worked within the social care sector supporting and working alongside some of society’s most vulnerable and disenfranchised groups, roles that have not only allowed her to garner great interpersonal skills but have enabled her to do the other thing she loves the most, working with people. Now, as a qualified celebrant, Sam gets to do that but in a different way, by helping people to celebrate life and share in some of their life’s biggest and momentous occasions.

Mr Barrie was right. And Sam doesn't just like what she does - she loves it. And can' t wait to work with you, to plan the most magical and beautiful ceremony, which she will deliver alongside you, on your wedding day.
