On Monday the 29th of January 2024, we proudly stepped up and attended the 2024 Confetti Wedding Awards held at The Doubletree Hilton in Glasgow.

Along with 4 of our Fuze Ceremonies celebrants, Fuze made it as finalists in the BEST OFFICIANT and BEST WEDDING TEAM categories.

Each year, the Confetti Awards team listen to feedback from their finalists and for this year’s awards they decided to judge them entirely by submission. They assembled a panel of industry specialists judges who then had the difficult task of choosing the winners from the submissions received.

Our amazing celebrants Evelyn Robertson, Brian Baxter, Paul Browett and George McLean were all announced as BEST OFFICIANT finalists alongside Fuze Ceremonies as an overall celebrant provider. Fuze Ceremonies also made the BEST WEDDING TEAM category for the first time in the company’s history.

As the award winners and highly recommended were announced, it was our very own Paul Browett who scooped BEST OFFICIANT Highly Recommended. We are delighted Paul was recognised as well as George, Brian and Evelyn being named as finalists in a very tough celebrant hall of fame category.

For us at Fuze Ceremonies it was an honour to have been shortlisted in two categories and we’re already thinking ahead about how we can achieve success at the Confetti Awards 2025.
