Bring on the big gay weddings … and the quiet, serious celebrations
I’m a mum, a partner, a daughter, a sister, a partner, an auntie, a friend. I’m a celebrant, an entrepreneur, a consultant, a strategist, a business owner, a Board member, an adviser.
I’m a drummer, a cook, a painter, a writer, a reader, an arts lover, a walker, a cycler, a lover of nature. I’m 54, mop-haired, white-headed, energetic, a bit skinny, healthy, happy.
Oh, and I’m a lesbian.
That descriptor can be quite low on my list when I come to describe myself. Or it might be the first thing I say when I introduce myself. It can be very relevant and completely irrelevant.
Having gay and lesbian celebrants on the books makes Fuze Ceremonies so special when it comes to Equal Marriage.
We have celebrants who won’t be awkward. We won’t stumble over language. We won’t think you’re queer. We’ll know you and celebrate with you.
We’ll be absolutely delighted to help you celebrate your day … however camp, queer or straight you want to do it.
We understand human beings are all different – with different styles and desires and dreams and hopes and fears. So we’ll work with you, just as we do every other couple, to design the day you dream of. Whatever that is.
