Embracing Hope and Unity: A Heartfelt Journey of Fundraising for a Beloved Friend
Our amazing, kind and thoughtful celebrant, Sam Conroy has embarked on a fundraising and fitness journey which will stretch and challenge her during the early parts of 2024. Our charity partner, Beatson Cancer Charity will be one of the beneficiaries from Sam’s challenge.
Sam, our wonderful Lanarkshire celebrant, is raising funds for Beatson in recognition of our dear and wonderful Fuze team celebrant Nicole Lowther, who is currently sadly battling Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma. Nicole, the cancer warrior Queen, successfully beat cancer when she was just 17 years old. Now 22, Nicole was 3 weeks from full remission when she got the devastating news her cancer had returned. We are all missing you Nicole and right behind you in spirit to make a full recovery as before.

* Running the ‘Last Mince Pie 5k Run of 2024’ in January.

* The Manchester Full Marathon in April.
* The 4 x 4 x 48 (run 4 miles ever 4 hours for 48 hours, 48 miles in total, including running through the night) in May.
DONATE HERE
On the 14th Feb 2023 we announced our two charity partners for 2023 as Beatson Cancer Charity and Alzheimer Scotland . Couples who choose to be married by Fuze are supporting this ongoing work as a portion of each legal wedding fee is donated to our good causes.
Beatson Cancer Charity supports people affected by cancer, every step of the way. They make the journey easier by transforming the way cancer care is funded and delivered. They provide services, as well as funding specialists, research and education to invest in a better future for cancer patients and their families.
From the hospital wards, right to the heart of the communities, The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre serves, and they believe everyone should experience cancer with care, with love and with hope. They are with their patients and their families for every step of the journey.
So please, no matter how big or small, any support you can give WILL HELP:

Sam and Amanda openly acknowledge that they are in their 40s and fully understand the formidable nature of this challenge.
Their determination remains unwavering, fueled by the continuous growth of their Just Giving fundraising page. Undoubtedly, witnessing this progress will bring joy to our dear friend Nicole, who is bravely facing her own health challenges.
The entire Fuze team stands firmly in support of all of you.
