Our 3rd Quarter ‘give back’
As we reach the end of 2025, we’re delighted to share another inspiring quarter of giving from The Fuze Foundation. Our Chair Morag Webster & George McLean visited MND Scotland’s offices to present our Quarter 3 donation cheques to our two partner charities: MND Scotland and Beatson Cancer Charity.
These donations are only possible because of the incredible kindness shown by our Fuze couples, who choose to be married by our wonderful team of legal Humanist Celebrants, and our dedicated team of Fuze Celebrants, who also continue to raise vital funds for various charities through their own community fundraising efforts. Every legal Humanist wedding ceremony contributes directly to our charity partners, meaning couples are not only celebrating their love, but helping others at the same time.
Thanks to this generosity, we are thrilled to announce that our Q3 total is £2,000;
Bringing our 2025 year-to-date total to £8,608.
This support helps provide care, advocacy and hope to people affected by motor neurone disease, while also helping the Beatson Cancer Charity fund vital research, treatment support, and patient wellbeing services across Scotland.
This quarter once again shows the power of community spirit. It’s a reminder that together, we are The Fuze Foundation, and together we can create meaningful change across Scotland.

Morag Webster, Chair of The Fuze Foundation, said:
“The compassion shown by our couples, our celebrants, and the wider Fuze community never fails to move me. At a time of year when kindness really matters, knowing that every Humanist wedding and every fundraising effort helps support families affected by cancer and motor neurone disease is incredibly humbling. Thank you to everyone who continues to help us make a meaningful difference. Your generosity shines even brighter at Christmas.”
Our Q3 presentation is a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved when people come together with love, kindness and purpose. The Fuze Foundation’s mission, to promote Humanist values, support charities, and provide inclusive ceremonies for all, is powered entirely by the people who stand beside us.
Thank you for helping us give back this Christmas and for continuing to support our mission throughout the year.
