The team at Fuze are delighted and incredibly proud to announce that after a mammoth 12 months of GIVING BACK, we have raised an amazing total of £15,601 for our 2022 charity partners Scottish Association of Mental Health (SAMH), Scottish Cot Death Trust and Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS)
The Fuze Foundation, established in 2012, is a not for profit organisation and couples who choose to be married by Fuze are supporting our ongoing work to give back to Scottish Charities as a portion of their fee is donated to support our good causes. An amazing £7,981 was donated from wedding ceremonies in the past 12 months.
In addition a further £7,620 was raised from the amazing fundraising work by the Fuze Ceremonies Celebrant team, which included a match funded donation of £3,000 by the incredibly generous Middleton Foundation. Fundraising activities included the Glasgow 2022 Kiltwalk, 5k runs and a mammoth 400km Vietnam to Cambodia cycle by our Celebrant Gina Williams
Morag Webster, Trustee of The Fuze Foundation said: “This incredible effort really shows the support we received, and continue to do so, from our couples who chose to be married by Fuze. This is on top of the amazing achievements of our Celebrant team who have given up their own time to raise extra funds for three amazing charities. A big heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us over the last 12 months, from couples booking weddings to the friends and family of the team who have fundraised. And a thanks also to the Middleton Foundation for their match funded donation. We are very much aligned with their values and charitable give back outlook and hope to continue working with them in the future.”
